About the event

I AM YOGI are teaming up with Run Of A Kind to bring you Run + Yoga + Brunch!

What can I expect?

We’ll meet at the I AM YOGI Cabin, for introductions and a warm up, at this point you can drop off your bags, coats and yoga mats. Once we’re nice and warmed up, we’ll begin our 4km run, led by Lucy from Run Of A Kind, exploring Kings Heath's hidden gems! Our run will finish off where we started, the Cabin. Then, we’ll cool down with a 45-minute yoga session taught by Vicky from I AM YOGI, designed for run recovery, in Moseley Park*. After we’ve had a good stretch, we will be enjoying a delicious brunch from Maison Mayci.

What do I need to bring?

We suggest wearing comfortable clothes, something you can run and do yoga in. As well as a water bottle and yoga mat (if you have one, we do have spares). You will be able to drop anything you do not need for the run and/or yoga in the Cabin before we begin.

Who is this suitable for?

This event is suitable for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner, seasoned runner or an experienced yogi. We’ll have someone at the front and back of the run group, to cater for all levels.
