About the event

Join us at the Cabin every month for a class led by the highly experienced Jon Moult.

Jon will expertly guide you through a yoga sequence, offering adjustments and personalised adaptations. From pranayama to gentle warm-ups, sun salutations, hatha, vinyasa poses, and savasana. Each sequence is thoughtfully designed by Jon with a different theme and focus each month. May’s theme will be hips.

The aim of this session is for you to leave feeling confident enough to practice the sequence on your own at home.

There’s no need or pressure to memorise the sequence during the session; you will be given a handout of the sequence for easy reference when practicing on your own.

This class will help you create your own self-practice or support an existing one, aiding in your progression and deepening your yoga journey.

Use this as an opportunity to practice with others in our community and to feel more confident attending our weekly SELF PRACTICE sessions at the Cabin every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

A bit about Jon:

Jon began his yoga journey back in the 90s after an injury prevented other exercise forms. It was a revelation from that very first class. Jon immersed himself into practice and study in the following years. Taught by David Swenson, David Williams, John Scott and many other Ashtanga senior teachers, eventually leading to a visit to Mysore to practice under the guidance of Sri K Pattabhi Jois in 2007. He has been teaching Ashtanga based practice continuously  from this time blending an influence of Dharma and Hatha yoga into his teaching as a result of his own personal enquiry into asana practice. His style is of a joyous and playful approach to the  sharing of yoga, making practice accessible to all.

Who is this suitable for?

This class is perfect for yogis who regularly attend our BASICS and BASICS+ classes, and are ready to move with the breath. We recommend that you have a knowledge of yoga and have been practicing for at least 3-4 months. If you are concerned about your suitability, please contact us using the email -
