Beginner or advanced we have something for you and our practice styles are designed to progress you from a beginner to advanced over time.
I AM YOGI is a place with a heart and a soul. The studio is constantly trying to meet the demands of all yogis, hence a huge range of classes all led by very experienced teachers. It is much more than a yoga studio, it is also a warm and vibrant community. I could not imagine my life without it.
This was the first yoga class I’ve ever been to and the teacher was excellent (Saturday afternoon class) and explained things clearly with different options if you wanted to push yourself further! My back felt significantly better after that class so big thank you!
Never fails to give a positive experience. I consider this to be my happy place where I can be with people but also have self experience. The I Am Yogi team I have met are very supportive, regardless of experience and make you welcome. Always leave the studio feeling in a better place in body and mind.
