Our Pre-Natal yoga - Bumps to Babes - is an hour to nourish yourself and your growing baby, it’s a chance connect back to yourself and feel calm and confident during a time of many changes. Our cabin is a friendly space to connect with other mamas-to-be and share helpful tips and news.

 

What to expect in the class? 

Time to connect with fellow mamas-to-be.

Breathing exercises to calm and relax.

Accessible yoga postures to strengthen and support your body during pregnancy,

Meditation and guided relaxation to encourage a sense of peace and ease. 

 

What will you gain from the class?

Creating a sense of space and ease in your body with your growing baby.

Nourishing skills + tools to help with your self care. 

Knowledge of strengthening and lengthening yoga postures which will help your body prepare for labour.

Learn how to move with ease, flow with the breath and enjoy yoga during your pregnancy. 

 

A bit about Claire, our Pre-Natal teacher: 

Claire has been teaching yoga since 2003, so has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to how to practice yoga safely while pregnant. She knows exactly how to guide you through the class with options and modifications.

Who is this class suitable for?

No previous experience of yoga is needed to attend this class. Beginners are welcome!

We recommend that you are 12+ weeks pregnant before attending this class.

POST-NATAL | BRING YOUR OWN BABY

FRIDAY 10:45AM

Our Post-Natal yoga - Bring your own baby - is a class for you to reconnect with your body, whilst deepening your bond with baby. Our cabin is a friendly space to connect with other new mamas and share helpful tips and news.

 

What to expect in the class?

This class is focused on benefiting you and your baby. You will be lead through yoga postures which will tone your core and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. You'll also be guided into poses with your baby, helping you to deepen your bond and have some fun.

 

What will you and your baby gain from the class?

Experience the perfect combination of strengthening and relaxation.

Tone your core and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

Grow a deeper bond and experience new things with baby.

Our cabin will help to calm and relax your baby, whilst also helping their reflexes develop.
