What to expect?

The session will begin with some guided meditation  and breathing techniques, to ease and soothe the body, preparing it for stillness, with some guided reflection to support your intentions during the practice. The time and space that follows will be immersed in soothing sounds made from gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and Tibetan bowls to encourage relaxation and focused breathwork. Finally, we will enjoy tea, cacao around the fire in our community garden whilst preforming our Spring Equinox ritiual which will be guided by Manoj.

What to bring?

We want you to feel at ease. So wear your favourite set of yoga clothes that you find most comfortable. The cabin will be nice and cosy but everyone feels differently, so bring layers to help you to control your body temperature.
