Spring Equinox Extended Sound Bath

This extended Sound Bath will soothe, settle and prepare you to rise up after months of slumber, invigorating the body and mind for new beginnings of Spring.

The Spring Equinox marks the time of renewal, as the reflections we made over the Winter months begin to cultivate into seeds of intention.

As the darkness begins to subside and the lighter mornings help us unearth ourselves from beneath our favourite blanket, we can start to awaken our bodies to the season ahead.

What to expect?

The session will begin with some gentle movements, to ease and soothe the body, preparing it for stillness, with some guided reflection to support your intentions during the practice. The time and space that follows will be immersed in soothing sounds made from gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and Tibetan bowls to encourage relaxation and focused breathwork.
