What To Expect?
The session will begin with some journaling, meditation and breathwork to support your intentions during the practice. The time and space that follows will be immersed in soothing sounds, from crystal bowls and gongs to encourage deep relaxation. Finally, we’ll gather around the fire for moments of reflection. There will be vegan cacao and cookies for you to enjoy, and in a symbolic release, we'll put what we're letting go and leaving behind into the flames.
What To Bring?
We want you to feel at ease. So wear your favourite set of clothes that you find most comfortable. The cabin will be nice and cosy but everyone feels differently, so bring layers to help you to control your body temperature. We have blankets, bolsters, blocks and eye pillows for you to use, feel free to bring anything else you think you may need. Please bring a journal…
