About the event
A creative and dynamic flow class that moves 360 degrees around the mat.
Mandala Flow blends breath-led movement with beautifully sequenced poses that target specific areas of the body.
You’ll move fluidly around the mat, explore playful transitions, and have the option to try inversions. The class begins and ends with yin-inspired poses to balance out the dynamic flow.
