Full Moon Sound Bath

Join us for our Full Moon Sound Bath, where we will be settling down and embracing the power of sound.

What to expect?

The session will begin with some gentle movements, to ease and soothe the body, preparing it for stillness. The time and space that follows will be immersed in soothing sounds to encourage relaxation and focused breathwork. Finally, some time in silence for the benefits to wash over you and of course, we’ll have a small treat to bring your energy levels back up before the journey home!

What to bring?

We want you to feel at ease. So wear your favourite set of yoga clothes that you find most comfortable. The cabin will be nice and cosy but everyone feels differently, so bring layers to help you to control your body temperature.
