Extended Sound Bath & Workshop

This season, we’re extending our Sound Bath into a longer, more immersive experience. Offering themed workshops every month, we'll be combining gentle reflection, intention-setting and an extended sound journey.

January’s session will focus on reflection, self-compassion and new beginnings, guided by the energy of the Full Snow Moon.

What to Expect

We’ll begin by arriving gently, grounding into the body and introducing the evening’s theme. You’ll be guided through reflection and intention-setting using a few thoughtful prompts, with time to journal and connect inward. During this opening, you’ll be invited to enjoy a warming cup of cacao, supporting a sense of comfort, presence and gentle heart-opening.

From here, you’ll settle into an extended crystal bowl Sound Bath, allowing the sound to do the work. Deep vibrations and soothing frequencies will support nervous system regulation, rest and integration.
