What to Expect?

We’ll begin with a music-led Yoga Flow with Vicky, designed to lift your energy and spark inspiration. Flowing to a carefully curated playlist, this practice is all about getting the creative juices flowing and feeling connected through mindful movement.

After class, we’ll head downstairs into the studio for a guided vinyl painting workshop with Jasmine Dawn Sky. This creative session invites you to tap into your own personal energy and explore art through the power of music, no experience needed.

You’ll be paint a 12-inch vintage vinyl record which you can take home with you. While you paint, enjoy warming cacao or herbal tea and take time to connect with the community around you.

A relaxed, expressive afternoon that blends movement, sound and creativity. Come as you are, leave inspired.
