Arm Balance Workshop with Tracy

Master the fundamentals of arm balancing in this hands-on workshop with Tracy. Designed to strengthen, refine, and uplift your practice, this session will give you the tools to approach arm balances with confidence and control.

• You will learn the foundations of arm balancing techniques.

• Warm up with drills to prepare your body.

• Explore a variety of arm balances, including crow, side crow, flying crow, firefly, grasshopper, flying splits, eight-angle pose and flying pigeon.  

• Understand weight distribution to create lightness and stability.
