The cabin wasn't found - it was built. A timber frame, clad in cedar, nestled beneath the tree canopy of Moseley Park. Purpose-built for yoga, designed to sit beautifully in its surroundings and feel like it has always belonged there. There is no studio quite like it in Birmingham. Possibly anywhere.

No mirrors. No cliques. No judgement. Just people on their mats, looking out through the glass to the trees. We're a studio built on genuine community - locals who look out for each other, teachers who care and a reception team who know your name. What you see is what you get. Always.

WARM
You feel it the moment you walk in. The scent of the oil burner, herbal tea ready and waiting, candlelight as the evening draws in. Everything you need for a comfortable, soothing practice is here — mats, blocks, blankets, straps and eye pillows, all provided. Some places just feel right. The cabin is one of them.
LIKE NO OTHER
The outside world is still there - it just feels further away. Sunlight through the glass in summer. Rain on the roof in winter. The seasons change with you. There is no yoga studio in Birmingham quite like this one.

MASSAGE
Naomi, our in-house therapist and fellow yogi, has created something special in the cabin's therapy room. A calm, carefully considered space for massage - set among the trees, away from everything. Book in and give your body what it needs.

Once a month, the cabin goes quiet — and the park comes alive around it. Wind through the trees. Rain on the roof. Birdsong through the doors. An hour of stillness, close to the elements. No movement, no experience needed. Just show up and lie down.

More time, more focus, more you. Our workshops and masterclasses at the cabin go deeper into the things that matter to your practice — led by our most experienced teachers in one of Birmingham's most inspiring spaces.
Yes - absolutely. The gate has a buzzer on the far right hand side. Press it and we'll let you straight in. You don't need a park membership to practice with us.
Yes. Chantry Road and Woodbridge Road are your best options - close to the cabin with limited restrictions. High street parking is available but spaces fill up and restrictions apply, so check before you park. There are also pay & display options behind the Wetherspoons and at The Village Pub.
Yes. The toilets are managed by Moseley Park & Pool and are situated right next to the cabin — on your right as you walk up from the gate. If you can't find them, just ask at reception.
Not a dedicated changing room - but you can use the toilets nearby or our reception area if you need to get changed. Just factor in the time and remember we always start on time.
We ask that you cancel 12 hours before your practice starts so we can free up your space for another yogi. We get it - life happens - if something unexpected comes up, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
