We've built a progressive, accessible timetable that meets you wherever you are and moves you forward at your own pace. Start with Basics. Build into Flow. Restore on the hard days. Strengthen on the good ones. There is no wrong answer.

EASE YOUR BODY
Unwind in our calming therapy spaces, with soothing sounds and a warm, comfortable setting. Our experienced in-house therapist, Naomi, uses intuitive touch to ease tension, release tightness and help you reconnect with your body. A great complment to your yoga practice.
SETTLE YOUR MIND
Sink into deep rest with our soothing sound baths, designed to gently quiet the mind and relax the body. These sessions invite self-awareness - to notice what arises, then let it go. Surrounded by immersive sound, you will guided to switch off, settle deeply and restore a sense of calm and balance.
DEEPEN YOUR PRACTICE

YOGA OFF THE MAT
We hold seasonal events to encourage moments of connection, as well as monthly meet-ups, lead by our yogis themselves. These range from hiking groups to outdoor swim and sauna groups. All of this information can be found at your local studio or on your welcome email when you join.
