We've built a progressive, accessible timetable that meets you wherever you are and moves you forward at your own pace. Start with Basics. Build into Flow. Restore on the hard days. Strengthen on the good ones. There is no wrong answer.

The hardest part is showing up for the first time. We'll take care of the rest.

    BASICS

    A simple yoga practice, where you will learn the foundations of different postures, to build strength, flexibility and balance. You will learn to develop a conscious breath.

    BASICS+

    A yoga practice that delves deeper into postures, builds confidence and knowledge, with opportunities for challenge. An increased focus on movement, strength and stamina.

    FLOW

    A fluid, creative and challenging yoga practice, where you will explore a range of postures. Expect to move with your breath and flow to find your own rhythm.

    FLOW+

    Taking your flow practice further, to build more strength and confidence to try advanced postures, including inversions and arm balances. Expect lots of options, to encourage intuitive movement.

    HOT FLOW

    Turn up the heat and move in higher temperatures. Expect to feel more open and allow for a little more slip and slide on your mat in this one. Please use a yoga towel over your mat.

    STRENGTH

    In this practice you get going quickly! Learn to build strength with the intention of enhancing a specific yoga pose. Expect drills, resistance training and body weight bearing exercises, helping you to get stronger.

    LENGTH

    A practice focused on improving flexibility and range of motion. You will hold postures for longer, to access deep tissue, lengthenign your muscles over time. Is your body feeling tight or holding tension? This is the practice for you.

    RESTORE

    A deeply relaxing practice focused on passive stretching, with the support of props. You will be prompted to reflect, with guided breathwork and meditation introduced to help encourage deep rest.

MASSAGE

EASE YOUR BODY

Unwind in our calming therapy spaces, with soothing sounds and a warm, comfortable setting. Our experienced in-house therapist, Naomi, uses intuitive touch to ease tension, release tightness and help you reconnect with your body. A great complment to your yoga practice.

SOUND

SETTLE YOUR MIND

Sink into deep rest with our soothing sound baths, designed to gently quiet the mind and relax the body. These sessions invite self-awareness - to notice what arises, then let it go. Surrounded by immersive sound, you will guided to switch off, settle deeply and restore a sense of calm and balance.

YOGA OFF THE MAT

We hold seasonal events to encourage moments of connection, as well as monthly meet-ups, lead by our yogis themselves. These range from hiking groups to outdoor swim and sauna groups. All of this information can be found at your local studio or on your welcome email when you join.
