What if you were able to practise more often with ease, no rush or fuss?

BALANCING MODERN LIFE

The school run, shopping, cooking and just getting 'a minute' to sit can all be enough to stop us from getting that yoga practice we need so much.

All too often we compromise the stuff that’s good for us and when that happens we feel our mind is a more chaotic and our body a little more creaky than we’d like.

CONVENIENCE

In our experience the answer to practising yoga more often is convenience, such as choosing a practice that suits YOUR energy needs, at a time that YOU are free to practise, wherever YOU are! (dreamy).

WITHOUT...
  • sacrificing the continuity of teacher and practice style

  • sacrificing the chance to get advice from your teacher

  • wondering if your teachers are fully qualified

  • spending time trawling through 000s of (random) Youtube videos

AND DON'T JUST TAKE IT FROM US

There are studies out there showing that a person's mindfulness and wellbeing increases the more days per week they practise at home!!

FAQs

How long is the free trial?

7 days free after that it's just £20 per month for everything.

Do I need any yoga equipment?

We recommend you have a yoga mat, but that’s it. You don’t need fancy leggings, blocks or straps, these are all nice to have. If the teacher prompts use of a block or strap you can improvise with books and a dressing gown belt or any other similar items.

How do I access the videos?

Once you have purchased a Yoga at Home subscription you will be able to browse and play all practice videos on our website here.

Depending on whether you have already signed up as a member to our website you may need to create a profile, you’ll be prompted to do this when you buy the Yoga at Home pricing plan.

How many videos are there?

Over 30 and counting as we’ll be releasing new practice videos every 3 months.

Are there any live practices?

Yes! Two weekly live-streams. Every Tuesday at 6.15pm is Basics and every Thurs at 6.15pm is Flow. Both are with Vicky.

How long do I have access to the on demand and live practices for?

Yoga at Home is a monthly subscription of £20 so as long as you’re still subscribed you will be able to access all of the pre-recorded videos, the weekly lives with Vicky and the monthly Q&As.

REVIEWS

Just a quick one to say how much I’m enjoying the on demand content. So useful… when you might feel like an energetic flow or like a gentle yin. Really nice to be able to see the studio, other people and have the high res quality. Has brought some energy and then some calm to a challenging day.
