What was your journey to becoming a yoga teacher?

I developed a love for Yoga whilst travelling South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Not only was it a great way to reset the body after a long journey, it stills the mind and creates space for you to really be present in the moment. It can ground you in the now, wherever you may be. I wanted to learn more about this ancient, captivating practice so whilst travelling home from New Zealand, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to stop by India, the homeland of Yoga, to learn first hand!

What does your downtime look like?

If the sun's shining i'm in the garden, learning how to cultivate food / creating a haven for relaxation! I'm currently exploring music production again as a creative outlet.

If you weren’t a yoga teacher, what would you be?

Gardener of some sort!

How does practicing yoga help your day to day life?

It helps to move stagnant energy and bring in a sense of grounding and connection to self.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given?

What would your life look like if you made every decision out of love, rather than fear?

A fun fact about you?

I've lived in a Van twice! (Once in Australia, Once in New Zealand!)
