YOGI XMAS HIKE
DATE: Sunday 3rd December
WHERE: The Canals + Pubs of Brum
It will be a great chance to socialise with your fellow yogis off the mat and get to know one another a bit more.
Our YOGI HIKE is a FREE event! All you need to do is organise your travel (maybe car share) and bring along anything you might need during the hike, such as water and snacks.
We’ll carry a few spare essentials with us too just in case.
WOMEN'S SHARING CIRCLE
WEDNESDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER | 7:45PM - 8:45PM
At our monthly group you’ll have the opportunity to share and connect with other women about all things related to health, wellbeing and self care.
Vicky started these earlier in the year and they have provided a safe and welcoming space for discussion. Heather will also be facilitating these sessions, after the success of the Moon + Menstruation course earlier this year.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Share your thoughts and experiences in a safe and supportive space.
- Forge meaningful connections with fellow women on a similar health and wellness journey.
- Empower each other by celebrating achievements and providing encouragement during challenging times.
