Join us this April for a soothing Sound Bath. As we welcome the turn of the seasons and honour Earth Day, we invite you to ground yourself and reconnect. This is your moment to pause, switch off, and slow down- creating space to feel more present and connected, away from the business of everyday life. Enjoy a gentle moment of mindfulness with us on the last Friday of the month.

What to expect?

The session will begin with some gentle movements led by Jazreena, to ease and soothe the body, helping you prepare for relaxation. The time and space that follows will be immersed in soothing, crystal-bowl soundscapes to encourage relaxation and focused breath work. Experience a deeper level of relaxation, deep vibrations and soothing frequencies will support nervous system regulation, and rest. Finally, some time in silence for the benefits to wash over you.
