Our pregnancy yoga class is available for women who are 15+ weeks into their pregnancy. This practice is suitable whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice.

Yoga during pregnancy can help maintain your health and well-being by:

  • Increasing your energy levels

  • Helping you relax and sleep more soundly

  • Creating more space for your unborn baby

  • Stretching and strengthening your body

  • Relieving backache

  • Reducing discomfort in the pelvis to accomodate your growing baby
